“La dolce vita ” of the fashion house Fendi

The city of Rome today, July 7, 2016, will become the frame of fashion. The famous fashion house Fendi will celebrate her 90th birthday with a special event by organizing a parade to unveil its collection haute fourrure entitled “Legends and fairy tales“, the fur line with a contemporary style typical of the maison, signed by Creative Director Karl Lagerfeld.
Between the effects of lights and water, better location for these kind of events could not be that only the the monumental setting of the Trevi Fountain, a magnificent monument of the capital that thousands of tourists admire every day on their tour of the historic center of Rome, accompanied by expert guides.

The Trevi Fountain is the largest and one of the most famous fountains in Rome.

No doubt universally known symbol of the city of Rome, like other equally famous monuments, the fountain has become one of the icons of the city, both for its beauty and because used as the setting for one of the most famous movies in the world “La Dolce Vita” by Federico Fellini, 1960, with Anita Ekberg and Marcello Mastroianni.
The Trevi Fountain, designed by Nicola Salvi in 1732 , in rococo style and completed in 1762 by Giuseppe Pannini, was the subject of a major renovation that has brought it to light, allowing all tourists to admire it from November 2015, intervention financed right from the Roman fashion house Fendi with an investment of 2.18 million Euros.
The parade of haute fourrure will be held in the days of  AltaRoma, the high fashion week organized in the city of Rome  in winter and in summer .
